Ontario Clean Water Agency (OCWA) provides, under contract, the operational services necessary to maintain the system infrastructure and regulatory compliance. OCWA maintains a staff of approximately 13 people appointed to LAWSS, and has resources through its hub style of organization to adapt as necessary to unusual situations. OCWA reports to LAWSS through the General Manager who ensures compliance with the operating agreement, and manages capital projects for LAWSS.
